I handed this jacket to my kid for rainy, muddy days — the HyVent shell kept them dry. It has velcro-adjustable cuffs, a full zip with snap placket, and an elastic hem so wind doesn’t creep in. There’s some dirt and light staining on the front hem and a bit of wear on the cuffs from regular use, but all zippers, snaps and velcro work fine and there are no rips. Good everyday winter/rain outer layer that still has plenty of life left.
