Grandparents groups
My mom will be here in the summer to help us out a bit. Are there any grandparents groups in nyc where she could meet new friends and build community? She is a very social person so I’m worried she might get bored without her own community of friends.

Depending on what’s she’s into, Columbia has a lifetime learners program for people over 65 that live close to the campus.
