Going rate for full time nanny in NYC
We started talking to a couple of Nannie’s and were surprised by the difference in rates they offer. Curious what are reasonable rates relative to their experience as a nanny.

In BK we pay $25/hr and 1.5x for every hour over 40/week. Plus 2 weeks vacation and 5 days of sick days. This is for 2 kids. For 1, we paid $23/hr with the same benefits. Doesn’t include any cooking for or meal prep for parents.

ours in LES is roughly the same as ethan — we paid 23 the first year and 24 now at year two — we also pay when we are out of town
