Meals: your favourite comforting dishes that are frozen and can be heated quickly in the oven or microwaved. Snacks: some kind of protein or energy ball. Someone gifted me a batch of these and it was the best gift https://pinchofyum.com/energy-bites

I don’t know if they actually work or not, but my mother-in-law made me “lactation cookies” which were basically oatmeal with flax seed - they were delicious and maybe they helped with milk production 🤷🏻‍♀️
