Flying with Infant
Any tips or products recommended to help an infant avoid ear pain when flying? I know you can feed them or offer a pacifier but my L.O. doesn’t always take her bottle or pacifier. She will be about 5 months old when we fly…

I totally hear you on this one - it's tricky when they are at this young age because you just have to look for signs. If she's not likely to take a bottle or pacifier, i was going to suggest a toy or stuffy.

I was so worried about this when I flew with our LO at four months. I wasn’t able to get him to eat at takeoff or landing because he downed his bottle during boarding and before we touched down, but he was fine and showed no signs of ear pain. He just happily played with some toys. So might not be an issue for you!

Came here to say the same as@Lauren Rabaino
  • we flew at 5mo and didn't have an issue with take off or landing. She did get fussy a few times during the flight, but we had her in a carrier and basically contact napped on and off the whole flight.

Get silicone straps to attach to toys so they don’t fall out of your baby’s hands
