My very sweet and calm 5 month old does not sleep at night at all. Any suggestions for an ideal routine, schedule or general tips?

Any ideas why? A possible growth spurt/regression? Or maybe digestive issues?

Hi ! Your baby might be going through a growth spurt. Try maybe giving her a warm bathe. Also, both of my girls used to wake up a lot in the middle of the night and then I decided to lay them on their bellies and it worked. They started sleeping thru the night. Also a possibility, she might be sleeping too much during the day
