Tracking sleep?
Should I be tracking my newborn's sleep? She's 2 weeks old and we haven't done any sleep tracking, not sure if we need to be. It feels like a lot!!
If you did/didn't track sleep - why?

I started tracking sleep around 2 months with the huckleberry app. The main advantage of this app is that it has recommended wake windows for when to put your kid sleep. I wish I had started earlier, but I don’t think it is needed in the first few weeks.

The first 2-4weeks are pretty much all over the place with sleep so felt that sleep tracking wasn't productive. We then started tracking sleep for more consistent naps. The NAPS method is a great one to follow where you track their sleep on a 90 min interval.
