Recommendation for a baby sleep specialist?
We would love to consult with someone experienced and ask some questions. Any recommendation of one?

We used SleepWise consulting which was fully remote, and it worked really well! Used their methods for both our kids and they are great sleepers.

We used Taking Cara babies. It’s an online class that you pay for. It was so helpful for our first born. She basically gives you a methodology that you can follow. It’s not rocket science at all but sometimes you just need someone to tell you what to do. For our second who is now 7 months, we actually haven’t really followed any methodology but we just have more experience from the last one. He’s kinda sleeping through the night but he’s now teething and waking up in pain a lot which means my wife and I are crazy sleep deprived.

We worked with Diana Martin (@sleepgoals_diana) and she was wonderful. She is based in Canada so we worked with her fully remote but she was very proactive and monitored our sons sleep through an app she uses. Its been 6 months since we worked with her but even through vacations, different settings, time changes, etc, the methods she used really did help our child to sleep better so those things have not affected his sleep since.
