Melatonin gummies for kids?
What do people think? Would love thoughts from those that have tried this for their kids on long flights.

We’ve done a few long flights with our infant/toddler-aged sons and haven’t used melatonin. Our kids definitely had jet lag but it was totally manageable. There was overall more irritability and tantrums but it was more or less what we expected. Flying thousands of miles around the world is inherently disorienting so felt comfortable giving them time to adjust. I’d consider using if 1) my kids really struggled with jet lag to the point of it becoming a problem or 2) we were going on some type of hard trip (like a funeral) where we didn’t have the cushion for a long adjustment period.
Separately, a few weeks back the NYT had an article about how dosages in kids melatonin products were often not what they said they were. So would do everything I could to make sure I’m buying from a reputable vendor since the world of supplements is totally unregulated (and kinda sketchy)
