Tips for introducing solids?
I have the starting solids app and have begun to introduce solids, but then I just saw an article yesterday that said you should only introduce one food at a time for four days straight to pinpoint allergies. We’ve definitely already mixed dairy and veggies and fruits in the first few weeks. I actually found that article when trying to find guidance on whether to offer food first and then the bottle, or vice versa. And how many times a day to offer food when you’re just starting. But then got so sidetracked by the 4-days thing that I haven’t even figured out the answer to those other questions. Would love any advice.

I'm still working on this myself! Personally, our ped said the 4 day guidance was outdated and not necessary. We're anxious people, though, so we're still only doing 1-2 new foods per day and haven't mixed many. Our daughter is supppppper fussy if we give her solids when she's actually hungry for a bottle. Also some good recs on this post I made a little bit ago! https://web.therecess.app/home/view-post/dyCaW8SeVyeOYPTJZUd0 We've been trying to do solids twice per day, but don't always hit that target.
