Middle of the night wakings
Back again with sleep struggles ðŸ«
After getting great advice in April (thanks y'all!) we dropped the proactive dream feed and started giving our daughter longer periods of crying/fussing before feeding. She can fall asleep independently at bedtime and nap times, and even fall asleep independently after eating a bottle overnight when she's genuinely hungry.
It feels like we go through periods where she'll sleep through the night almost every night, then weeks where she's having MOTN wakings. The past week she's been waking up around 2a (+/- a few hours) to eat.
She is teething on and off, and we're working on giving her more meals (like solids) during the day. Last night she was crying on and off for about an hour before I finally fed her and she ate an entire bottle. Her naps are inconsistent, but at daycare she gets about an hour of total naps and on the weekend it's about 2 hours total of naps.
I'm not sure what to do next!
