Sleep Sack Escape Artist
My almost 15 month year-old has started learning how to unzip her sleep sack. She doesn’t take it off, just unzips. Curious when people start to transition away from a sleep sack, and if so what to next? I know I can also turn the sleep slack backwards but curious what other folks do and when they make a move.
I’ve also noticed that when she learns a new skill, she spends a few nights working on it, and then once she figure it out, the problem goes away, so we may be fine to keep our current strategy.

By 15 months, we had transitioned out of sleeping sack into warmer PJs (fleece). We also introduced a blankie and stuffie in the crib that the kids could use to get "cozy" with. These transitions are exciting but yeah might take a few days to get used to. She'll be great and so will you!

Our almost three year old is still wearing his! He also has a blanket. Went through an unzipping phase but learned that it keeps him warm and now only takes it off in the AM when he’s ready to get up.

You can definitely transition to not using it, but we fought that off but putting it on inside out and backwards! It worked at least for a bit
