Car seat?
I wanted to ask how old was your child when you decided to want to front face your little one?
My son is 2 years old, 36lbs or so, but very tall. Since he’s still rear facing in my car, his feet is still scrunched up & it seems pretty uncomfortable. What would your advice or recommendation be to avoid this issue? My husband has already front faced him in his car, but I understand to get my son comfortable, but it’s a safety concern for me due to how others drive on the roads/freeways. What were your concerns before you front faced to after you front faced your child?

All our children were right around 2yrs when we turned them forward. Is your son showing discomfort or anything? It also depends on his height and if he's outgrown his seat it might be best to just turn him around. He'll also enjoy the view much better ☺️

We startles doing front facing around 2 years because our kids get horribly car sick going backwards. We don’t drive much so for us the risk was worth it. We might have approached it differently if our kids were always in the car but they aren’t. Everything tells you the backward facing is safer and it is. But we had to balance that with the reality that our kids would throw up in the car when they went backwards.

We waited until 3 years. My husband wanted to do it sooner but most of our driving was longer distance and I felt he was safer rear facing for that extra time.
