What should I pack for lunch for a picky eater?

Fan of the OmieBox. Has a thermos portion to keep food hot/cold and separate compartments

Does your kid like eggs? Big fan of making a ham and cheese quiche with a store bought crust. Not necessarily the healthiest thing in the world but it’s easy to make, delicious, keeps well and travels well.

I consider at least one of my kids a picky eater. We had a short rotation of options like pasta with butter and cheese, chicken nuggets, bagel pizza, PB&J, mac-n-cheese, and hummus & pita chips. It's really all about making sure they have enough calories and less about how healthy the options are at this age in my opinion.

+1 to OmieBox! We’ve had ours going on 4 years - used almost every day of the year - and it’s still going strong!

My son isn’t so much picky as he is averse to getting his hands dirty… maybe that’s part of the concern? I try to pack things like cashews and chicken that aren’t as messy to touch! 🤦♀️
