Defrosting breast milk
I accidentally left out breast milk that had been defrosting overnight. I meant to let it defrost for twenty mins and then put it into the fridge but it stayed out for 9 hours. Can I give it to my 1 year old? It would be so sad for it to go to waste. I know the CDC says not to do it but they can be so risk averse on some of this stuff and they don’t appreciate all the work the mom did to create it. What’s the longest you’ve kept milk out for and did you regret giving it to your LO?

I would not feed, but yes adding milk to bath water can be great for the skin! We used it on dry skin on our babies head. And after 1 or 2 times it made his head super smooth and free of dryness/minor cradle cap
